Terms of Service & Participation.

Please review the following Terms of Service:

(1) Payment: Full payment is required for all activities. Participants will only be allowed to join any program with prior settlement of fees. Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable after the commencement of the program.

(2) Conduct: Participants are expected to behave appropriately, follow the established order and discipline, and comply with all instructions given by the authorized personnel.

(3) Health Declaration: I will monitor my child’s health, specifically for fever above 100°F, cough, or difficulty breathing. In case of symptoms or recent exposure to someone with COVID-19, I will prevent my child from attending the program.

(4) Liability for Damages: Participants and their guardians are fully responsible for any damages caused by the participant to property or persons, excluding normal wear and tear. Loop is not liable for personal property damage or loss.

(5) Marketing Consent: By signing this agreement, I consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from Loop via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Discord, SMS, and other electronic means. I understand that I can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time.

(6) Recordings: Loop may record sessions, calls, or conversations for customer service improvement.

(7) No Additional Claims: I agree not to make any additional claims or demands beyond the terms of this agreement.
